Checklist: digitalise your salon in one week (without losing your mind)

Digitalising isn't buying an iPad for the counter. It's bookings arriving on their own, client records living outside anyone's memory, and closing the till not being a 40-minute ritual. It can be done in a week if you go in order.
The plan, day by day
- Day 1 — Sign up and services: create your account, load services with real duration and price. Be honest with timings.
- Day 2 — Team and schedules: each professional with their hours, breaks and services.
- Day 3 — Clients: import your base (Excel, phone contacts, the old software). Always with phone numbers.
- Day 4 — Real calendar: move over the next two weeks of appointments. From today, everything goes here.
- Day 5 — Online booking: activate your booking site and put it in your Instagram bio and on Google.
- Day 6 — Reminders and WhatsApp: switch on automatic reminders and, if your plan includes it, the AI assistant.
- Day 7 — Till: first digital close. Ticket, payment and a balanced till in minutes.
The two mistakes that ruin the week
First: keeping the notebook "just in case" — two calendars are worse than one bad one, because nobody knows which one rules. Second: wanting everything perfectly configured before starting. The website profile photo can wait; bookings arriving on their own cannot.
The goal of the week isn't perfection: it's that next Monday the phone rings less and the calendar is fuller.
